BGIET ORGANIZED A MOTIVATIONAL LECTURE

Bhai Gurdas Institute of Engineering and Technology organizes Motivational Lectures, Recruitments, Games, Conferences, Cultural events, Development programs, Inter college programs, Personality development programs in its campus. The institute even works for the mental development of the students and the staff members. S. Hakam Singh Jawandha, Chairman, Bhai Gurdas Group of Institutions said that in this competitive world, life is full with struggles. The survival in this technological era is hard. There are many challenges and problems that the students normally encounter in their journey of goal realization like depression, hypertension and mental tensions. He expressed hope that with today’s motivational program will enlighten their path with new hopes and bring focus on what matters the most to be successful in life. The key speaker, Mr. Gagandeep Singh, in his address, inspired the students and teachers through his motivational talk. He told students to adopt an optimistic approach towards life because the determination to win is to have hope and confidence. They are the keys to unlock the door for personal excellence. He said that the students should be determined towards their goal and should have self confidence in them. The students should have tools of self trust, participation, determination and awareness in them. The self potential makes the students succeed in their personal lives especially in the modern globally competitive world. The auditorium was replete with more than 500 students. This is the prove of willingness of the students to participate in the talk and their enrollment on such a scale.
Executive member Dr. Guninderjit Singh Jawandha (Minku) and Dr. Tanuja Srivastava, Director Bhai Gurdas Institute of Engineering and Technology said that this program was organized by keeping in mind the students and the problems they face. Through this lecture and interactive discussion the students will be optimist towards their goals and will be able to determine their targets in life. The students even discussed their problems with Mr. Gagandeep. He motivated the students on the basic concepts of life and taught them the skills to be determined and guided on career development. He applauded the institute for providing the conducive environment to the students. He was impressed by the environment of the institute and the discipline it has maintained.
