Student Grievance

Bhai Gurdas Institute of Engineering and Technology, Sangrur, Grievance redressal Cell is constituted for the redressal of the problems reported by the Students of the College by objectives and tries to build the grievance free environment. To develop a responsive and culpable attitude among the students to maintain harmonious environment in the campus.

   The objective is:

• To develop an organizational framework to resolve Grievances of Students.
• To provide the students access to immediate, hassle free recourse to have their Grievances redressed.
• To establish structured interactions with students to elicit information on their expectations.
• Complaint Box are installed in campus students, who want to remain anonymous, put in writing their grievances and their suggestions.
• Any student can write his/ her grievance on a piece of paper and drop in the “Grievance Box” which is open once a day on all working days.
• The grievances, so received are recorded and remedies are followed.
• Apart from the above, any student can visit HOD and Director to voice his / her problems at any time of the day
